Is naturally resistant to heat, water and chemicals and can be easily shaped which is ideal for swimming pool construction both large and small.          Gunite Concrete Spraying Process Gunite concrete is a mixture of sand, cement and aggregate. The mixture is delivered in dry form in a mixing truck to the site. The mixture is poured at a set rate straight from the truck to the projection machine. The machine forces the mixture along a high pressure tube to the application nozzle, where it is mixed with water and projected onto the pool. It is then applied in layers and slowly built up until the shell is complete. This becomes an extremely strong and waterproof shell resulting in a smooth, hard surface. The techinicians cut and sculpt the shell to the desired thickness and required shape.
